At Golden Electronics, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping options, delivery timeframes, and costs.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all states and territories within Australia, including metro and regional areas. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, and peak periods such as holidays.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you can track your parcel using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Simply visit the courier's website and enter your tracking number to see real-time updates on your delivery.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery to your nominated address. If no one is available to receive the parcel, a card may be left with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collect your parcel from a nearby depot or post office.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Golden Electronics is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Signature on Delivery

Some orders may require a signature upon delivery, particularly for high-value items. If you are not available to sign, the courier will leave a card with further instructions.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please take photos before opening and contact us immediately. If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us and we will liaise with the courier on your behalf to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

We can deliver to PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers for standard shipping. Express shipping may not be available to PO Boxes — please check at checkout.
